BookMo

Save any page with a level and tags

BookMo bookmarks the page you are on with one click, suggests how confidential it is and what it is about, and keeps everything in one library you can search and filter from any browser.

For Chrome, Firefox and Safari on the Mac.

The BookMo popup: a Kubernetes documentation page about to be saved as public, with the tags kubernetes, docs and cloud.

Four levels, the ones your organisation already uses

Public

Safe to share with anyone.

Internal

Ordinary business information, not for the outside world.

Confidential

Customer, personal or sensitive business data.

Secret

Regulated data or credentials. Need to know only.

What you get

One click, then your call

Open BookMo on any page and see its suggested level and tags before you save. Change anything; what you choose always wins.

AI with your own model

Connect BookMo to your GPU Pool account and pages are classified by the decision model you chose, on your own credits. In English and Turkish.

Works without AI too

No AI access? Bookmarks are saved and wait in Needs review until you give them a level. Set many at once from the dashboard.

Bring your bookmarks

Import what is already in your browser, or any bookmarks file. Duplicates are skipped, folder names become tags.

Find it again

Search titles, addresses and descriptions. Filter by level and tag with one click, several at a time.

Your data, your way out

Download everything as JSON or as a bookmarks file any browser can import. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties.

One library on the web

The dashboard shows every bookmark with its level and tags, a review queue, bulk editing, import and export.

The BookMo dashboard listing bookmarks with their levels and tags, filter chips for level and tag at the top, and a sidebar with Needs review, All bookmarks, Import and Settings.

Get started in three steps

  1. Create an account at Register, or sign in with your GPU Pool account if you have one.
  2. Add the extension to Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
  3. Sign in from the extension and save your first page.
